Barbara Ernst Prey is a world renowned artist and artistic ambassador for the United States appointed by the President of the United States to serve on the National Council on the Arts, the advisory board of the National Endowment for the Arts. Her work has been exhibited in museums around the world from New York to the White House to Paris. She has been commissioned by NASA, MASS MoCA and the White House.
